Bedtime

On the weekends the girls like to sleep together. Tonight, because they got most of their chores done and had good attitudes, they earned some extra book time. Nicole likes to read quietly. Evidently Allyson doesn't.

We are still putting medicine in Nicole's eye every night to make sure the cornea heals correctly. Allyson is fascinated by this and gets up as close as possible to watch.

Tonight I recorded Allyson saying her prayer. You never know what will come out of her mouth. Earlier today we went to water the garden and, of course, both the girls end up having to go to the bathroom. That means port-a-potty. Ugh. Evidently she was thankful for it!

It cracks me up how different these girls are. Nicole was sooo ready for bed and Allyson was ready to party. Of course Nicole doesn't nap anymore and Allyson does. (And I'm not cutting out her naps anytime soon!) Sometimes I go in and Nicole is completely asleep and Allyson is lying there talking or singing. They are both so precious and so much fun!
