Allyson just being cute

Allyson recently started throwing her hands up in the air. Why? We have no idea but it's pretty funny. Then she started acting shy around people. Whenever someone talks to her she will stare at them and then suddenly bury her head in my shoulder. Her latest "Allyson-ism" is throwing her head back on her high chair. She thinks it's hilarious when we copy her. This is a video of her doing that. It's a little shaky because I'm holding the camera and throwing my head back!

Every day it seems there is something new and funny that she does. We are all enjoying our baby girl so much!

Britt goes to preschool

March is VIP (Very Important Parent) month at Nicole's preschool. Today Britt visited class in his uniform and told them all about being a police officer. Allyson and I were there to help out and take pictures. Britt read stories, performed a "swearing in" ceremony for the kids and showed them his police car. We then took pictures of each of them sitting in the drivers seat. The kids loved it and I think Nicole's popularity grew a little... all the kids kept looking at me and saying, "Nicole's daddy is a police man!"

Nicole reads Jonah and the Whale

Every night since Nicole was an infant we read a Bible story at bed time. Her children's Bible is literally falling apart and she has really learned many of the stories. Her favorite, by far, is the story of Jonah. She asks to read it all the time. Now she wants to read it to you!

Nicole just had her fourth birthday and Allyson is just about six months old now. They are best friends as well as sisters and we love every day watching their relationship grow. We hope this blog will help you keep up to date with the girls and all that is happening in their lives.
